Hotel l'Ermitage is a typical guest house in the Ardennes. It is situated in a beautiful natural surroundings along a small romantic road which links Houffalize Laroche en Ardenne with a garden overlooking the river Ourthe. The hotel has a famous restaurant. The Chef prepares excellent fish specialities, mushrooms from the forests, asparagus and game of the season. There are gourmet weekends as well as options for half board.
